Cleaning your tires is great for appearance, but will also prolong the life of your tire. This is an easy process and will only require a few pieces of equipment. First, you will need to have a strong tire brush to clean the dirt from the tire and/or whitewalls or white lettering. Also you will need a strong tire cleaner/degreaser to cut through the dirt build up. Lastly, use a power washer or a fire hose nozzle that will provide enough water pressure to rinse the tires. Below are the proper steps to clean your tires and keep them looking like new.
STEP 1 – Spray the outer wall of your tires with a tire cleaner. Allow the tire cleaner to stay on your tire 1 minute to allow the product to cut through the dirt and grime.
Step 2 – Use a tire brush to scrub the tire to break up and loosen any remaining dirt.
Step 3 – Spray the tires clean with Lane’s Fire Hose Nozzle or power washer.
