We can ship to virtually any address in the Continental United States. We are located in St Louis, Missouri.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
*We are located in St. Louis Missouri. Therefore, if you are a Missouri resident, you will be charged tax for your order.
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account of the price of the product minus shipping. All returns require a RGA number to return items. Please call 1-866-798-9011 prior to returning same to obtain the necessary RGA number and address to ship package.
- All WHEELSKINS are special order and require a 20% restocking fee. Please call for an RGA number. Wheelskins are to be returned to the manufacturer.
- Returns OTHER THAN WEN, Mytee Products, Car Wheels, CAM Spray, Wheelskins, Seat Armour, Shop Vac, Koolatron and FanMats should be shipped via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post to:

- With all returns, please include: your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, a copy of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return - for example, refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc. If you are requesting to return, you will receive the product cost minus the shipping costs.
- All manufactured car accessories (i.e. Peak, Samlex, GO Power, Koolatron, Rubbermaid and Genius) will require a 15% restocking fee and the actual freight cost for both directions should the item be returned for anything other than damaged goods and must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
- All WEN manufactured car accessories will require a 20% restocking fee and the actual freight cost for both directions should the item be returned for anything other than damaged goods and must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
- All Mytee Products carpet extractors and accessories will require a 15% restocking fee and the actual freight cost for both directions should the item be returned for anything other than damaged goods. The carpet extractors and accessories will not be returned if they have been used and are not defective and must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
- All Coverking products require a 15% restocking fee unless it is a manufacturer's error or defect.
- All FanMats products require a 20% restocking fee unless it is a manufacturer's error or defect.
- On All OE Wheels there are NO returns after 14 days, min. $35 restocking fee. Customer is responsible for returns undamaged and in new condition. Shipping non-refunded. Mounted wheels/tires are NOT returnable. CHECK YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT. APO, FPO, AE, and all international orders require additional shipping. Call for rates before placing order.
