What is a good cleaner for vinyl?

Vinyl seats and interiors and plastic surfaces such as dashboards, steering wheels, and interior moldings can be cleaned with Lane's Power Clean. Spray Power Clean on surface and lightly scrub the vinyl or plastic with a microfiber towel or interior detail sponge to break up and remove dirt and grime. UV rays and heat from the sun cause vinyl to dry, crack and peel. Avoid damage by keeping your vinyl seats clean and conditioned.

 

 

 How do I calculate my shipping cost?

Shipping cost can be calculated on the checkout page. Please keep in mind that shipping rates are determined by weight and we have added the ability to pull live rates from USPS and Ups. This means that you are having your product(s) shipped at our discounted rate which is well below the actual list rate.

 

Do you offer free shipping at a certain amount?

Yes. We offer free shipping on orders totaling $150 or more. Some individual products run on special and will ship for free.

 

Does your Super Blue Tire Shine sling or run?

No. As long as you do not over apply the product, it will not sling or run. If you have used too much, simply wipe down with an applicator or towel to remove the excess.

 

Can your products be diluted with water?

Yes. Many of our products can be diluted with water. The products that can be diluted have the dilution ratios on the side of the label.

 

Do you offer volume discounts?

What is the difference between the Oil Based and Water Based Car Air Freshener?

The Oil Based Air Fresheners have a stronger smell and will last longer than the Water Based Scents.

 

How do I use a coupon code?

You can apply your coupon code on the checkout page right below your shipping information in the "Promotional Code" field. After entering the code, click on "apply" and your discount will be applied. Only one coupon code can be used per order.

 

When will my order ship?

Most orders of in-stock items will ship the same day or next day. However, special and custom orders ship from the manufacturer and will generally require longer to ship.

 

Can I buy your products at a store in my area?

Currently, our products are only available online in most areas.

I don't see a sprayer pictured with the bottle I want to buy. Will this product come with a sprayer?

Yes, if the products requires a sprayer then the product comes with a sprayer. Products that do not come with sprayers come with flip top caps for easy application.

 

How can I receive a catalog?

Due to the fact that we are constantly updating our website, we do not have a printed catalog. However, if you cannot find something on our site or if you have a product request, please let us know what you would like and we will do our best to find it for you.

Do you charge sales tax?

We are only required to charge sales tax to customers in Missouri.

 

What forms of payment are accepted?

We accept Visa, American Express, Master Card, Discover, and PayPal. You can also pay with a personal check or money order. However, you products will not ship until payment is received.

 

Does your leather cleaner leave a greasy film?

No the cleaner is specialized to safely clean and remove dirt, grime build up on all leather surfaces without leaving residue.

 

How can I be sure that floor mats will fit correctly?

We provide universal and custom floor mats designed for your vehicle.

 

Do I need specific cloth in order to use your formulas?

We offer a large selection of microfiber and cloth material to cover all of your washing and auto detailing needs

 

How long will my order take to arrive?

The majority of orders ship the same day, however depending on your destination can vary 2 to 7 days

 

How often should I re-apply your wax?

We suggest once every 2-3 months for best car protection.

 

Why do I need a clay bar for my car?

Clay Bars are a way to exfoliate and remove a buildup of previous wax and polish jobs. It’s a fresh start for your car before you use Lanes’ professional car wax products.

 

Do I have to make an account?

No, but with an account you’ll have faster checkout, access your order history, track your orders, etc.

Can I use Carnauba Wax on any color Car, or just Black?

You can use it on any color, but we’ve found that the best results come with dark tone paints

 

Do I have to take the headlight out in order to clean it?

All kits can be used without removal of the headlight

 

Can I use Glass Cleaner on my tinted glass?

        Yes, our glass cleaner is ammonia free. It’s safe to use on tinted glass.
