Shipping Information
- Federal Express (FedEx) and United Parcel Service (UPS) are our standard methods of shipment to all areas within the Continental U.S.
- Most orders ship out via FedEx and UPS the same business day (M-F) received.
- FREE SHIPPING - We pay FedEx and UPS ground shipping cost on all orders of $100 (except as noted on individual product page) or more to destinations within the continental United States (lower 48 states).
- International orders take longer. We will contact you by e-mail if we have any questions regarding your order, or if there will be a significant delay in processing your order.
- Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories will be billed at the actual shipping cost.
- Shipments going to APO's, FPO's and P.O. Boxes will be shipped via the US Postal Service regardless of shipping option chosen.
Shipping Methods / Options -- Domestic (USA)
- We use FedEx and UPS Ground to ship to most addresses in the continental US.
- FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Commercial Ground and UPS "Ground" Service are available to Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI), and even some U.S. Territories, although it is slower.
Express Shipping, Next Day and 2-Day Air packages
- On FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, UPS Next Day and FedEx 2-Day Air and UPS 2nd Day Air shipments we make all efforts to ship the same day you order.
- Orders received after 2 pm CT may not ship until the next Business Day.
- We will contact you if any additional delays are necessary.
- Large, bulky, or heavy items may incur additional Express (air) Shipping charges.
- Please be sure you have provided DAY TIME contact information.
- The Express (air) Shipping rates in the chart below are averages. They may not reflect the cost of shipping the items you order to your address. Our web site will post an average cost for Express Shipping. This cost will be adjusted up or down to the ACTUAL cost of shipping your package via FedEx Priority Overnight, FedEx Standard Overnight, UPS Next Day Air, FedEx 2-Day Air and UPS 2nd Day. International Shipping Options
- We ship to all US addresses, including military addresses (APO, FPO) and US Territories, as well as all Canadian addresses.
- We do ship to other international destinations. Please Contact Us for shipping quotes outside of the US. All addresses outside of the US48 pay the exact cost of shipping and additional fees as required by law.
- NOTE: When ordering on-line our website applies an average shipping cost for the shipping method you choose. We will adjust the cost before your credit card is charged.

- OUTSIDE THE USA -- FREE Shipping is not available outside of the US48. You pay the exact cost of shipping your Air Package. Since exact cost cannot be determined until your order is ready for shipment and shipping cost vary greatly by destination and weight, the charges shown in the table below and on your invoice represent the "Average Cost" of shipping a sample package using the service you select. Your credit card will be charged exact cost of shipping your order. If your cost exceeds the "average" by more than 15% you will be contacted via e-mail to approve the shipping charges.
Use of Products
All of our products are designed for use in the United States. It is your responsibility to use them in compliance with all local laws. Some restrictions may apply. Not all items can be shipped by all methods or to all addresses.
Reporting Damaged Goods or Lost Shipments
- DAMAGED shipments and/or packages which appear to be damaged should be refused at the time of delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
- Return any unsatisfactory item within 30 days of the invoice date for credit to your account of the price of the product minus shipping. Returns for Vector, Rubbermaid, Black & Decker, WEN, Mytee Products, CAM Spray, Car Audio and Car Video require a RGA number to return items. Please call 1-866-798-9011 prior to returning same to obtain the necessary RGA number and address to ship package.
- Returns other than Vector, Rubbermaid, Black & Decker, WEN, Mytee Products, Car Wheels, Coverking, CAM Spray, Car Audio, Car Video, Wheelskins should be shipped via FedEx, UPS or insured Parcel Post to:

- Coverking Custom made products may NOT BE RETURNED for credit.
- Coverking Products which are NOT custom may be returned for credit within 30 days of receipt, if the product is in new, resellable condition. Such products must be issued an RGA number. To obtain an RGA number, email fastlanemwd@aol.com. Include your fastlanemwd-store order number, your contact information, and a brief description of the reason for return.
- With all returns, please include:
your name, shipping address, credit card number and expiration date, a copy of your invoice and an explanation of what you want done with your return - for example, refund your credit card, exchange for another item, etc. If you are requesting to return, you will receive the product cost minus the shipping costs.
- All manufactured car accessories (i.e. Vector, Rubbermaid, Black & Decker) will require a 15% restocking fee and the actual freight cost for both directions should the item be returned for anything other than damaged goods and must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
- All WEN manufactured car accessories will require a 20% restocking fee and the actual freight cost for both directions should the item be returned for anything other than damaged goods and must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
- All Mytee Products carpet extractors and accessories will require a 15% restocking fee and the actual freight cost for both directions should the item be returned for anything other than damaged goods. The carpet extractors and accessories will not be returned if they have been used and are not defective and must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
- All car video and audio accessories will require a 20% restocking fee and the actual freight cost for both directions should the item be returned for anything other than damaged goods and must be returned within 30 days of the order date.
- On All OE Wheels there are NO returns after 14 days, min. $35 restocking fee.
Customer is responsible for returns undamaged and in new condition. Shipping non-refunded. Mounted wheels/tires are NOT returnable. CHECK YOUR ORDER AS SOON AS YOU RECEIVE IT. APO, FPO, AE, and all international orders require additional shipping. Call for rates before placing order.
